All Night Prayer Vigil: Prayer for the Diocese

The Diocese of Delhi Youth organised an all-night prayer vigil centred on Lent and fasting from the night of the 8th of March 2024 to the dawn of the 9th of March 2024. The Diocesan Youth members gathered at St. Thomas Church, Mandir Marg to deepen their spiritual journey during this sacred season. Through prayers, hymns, and sermons, they reflected on themes of repentance, sacrifice, and renewal. Revd. Dr. Suresh Kumar, Revd. Dr. Monodeep Daniel, and Revd. Samuel Shekar led the Bible study sessions. In addition, the members engaged in sustained prayer and contemplation. The night-long devotion fostered a stronger connection to the faith of the youth and a sense of unity among participants. The participants prayed for the world, national and international concerns, church, pastorates, and the Diocese of Delhi. The event's culmination with a shared breakfast at dawn symbolised fellowship and reinforced their commitment to spiritual growth. It was a meaningful experience that nourished their souls and strengthened their relationship with God.
